Dear Fellow friends & neighbours,

While this job has proven to be somewhat of a challenge, it has also given me the great opportunity to get out and get involved in our community. It has been a great pleasure talking to each of you and learning about your visions and concerns.

The committee and I have been keeping busy trying to resolve the mountain of unresolved issues. While we have been successful at some, we still have the challenges of others.

The SKL Homeowners’ Association has actively been working to ensure that residents of this community, best interests, safety and concerns are number one. Challenges such as the egress has proven to be lengthy… but together we will work to achieve the best possible outcome.

Lastly, on behalf of the SKL Homeowners’ Association, I would like to welcome all the new SKL Homeowners to the neighbourhood. I hope that you enjoy your new home, and this community for many many years to come.

It is an honour and a privilege being the President of the SKL Homeowners’ Association. I look forward to seeing you around our community. We hope this website will bring you timely, accurate and easy-to-find information on this great community. Please take your time to explore and learn all there is to know about your community and the hard work that residents and volunteers are doing to make South Keys Landing a great place in which to live.

We hope that all residents benefit from these efforts and choose to volunteer and support the Association however they can.
