Message from the President

Dear friends and neighbours,

In March at the AGM, myself and Alicia Caro joined the South Keys Landing Owners' Committee as newly elected members. Our former President, Joseph Downey, subsequently resigned his position on the Committee in early May. The four remaining members (including Michael Murray and Charles Mayenga) appointed former Member Andrew Bene to fill the vacancy. As the new President, I'm looking forward to working with the Committee, SKL homeowners and our management company, PMA Realty Consulting. I also want to thank Joe for all his efforts these past few years in his roles as President and Treasurer with the Committee.

If there is a problem with any of the common property elements of which you may be aware, please contact PMA. Norean Harris is the property manager and will ensure that your inquiries and concerns are addressed.
