South Keys Landing, founded in 2003, is a community of 144 homes in the south end of Ottawa. Tucked away in a small pocket across from the new Shoppers Drug Mart near the corner of Bank & Walkley is where you will find us.

South Keys Landing Homeowners Association

The South Keys Landing Homeowners Association is a group of volunteers whose purpose is to reflect the views, concerns and interests of all residents of South Keys Landing, and to serve as an information conduit and sounding board for our elected representatives regarding issues that effect our community. Our goals are: to maintain and enhance the character and quality of life within our community; to liaise and coordinate with our community and local groups; and to create awareness within the community of issues affecting it and the City as a whole.

Spring 2010 Update!

As of April 2010, South Keys Landing has retained the services of PMA REALTY CONSULTING LTD., to provide property management services to the Association. Most issues relating to the common property, regulations and other matters can be directed to PMA. Please see the notice to homeowners dated April 16, 2010 for more information.
