Please note that Co-Tenancy Fees for January 2012 are due on January 1st, 2012.

Per the 2012 Budget and Monthly Fee Notice sent to all SKL homeowners, the monthly co-tenancy fee for 2012 is $78.00.

Effective April 1, 2010, South Keys Landing has retained the services of PMA REALTY CONSULTING LTD., to provide property management services to the Association.

Most issues relating to the common property, regulations and other matters are best directed to PMA.
